Refund & Return Policy

No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the made to order and limited nature of our products, ARTBYPRESTON does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once payment has been successfully processed.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that their order enters production shortly after payment confirmation and therefore cannot be refunded, cancelled, or modified.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or if the wrong item was shipped, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the packaging
- Clear photographs of the item received

Upon review, ARTBYPRESTON may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement for verified damaged or incorrect orders.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for a valid order that has entered production may result in suspension of future purchasing privileges and submission of evidence to the payment processor.
