All products are produced on demand.

Estimated production time is 1–3 weeks before shipment.

Production times may vary during holidays, limited drops, restocks, and periods of high demand.

Shipping Methods

South Africa

Domestic orders are shipped via The Courier Guy.

International Orders

All international shipments are sent exclusively through DHL Express unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping estimates begin after production is completed.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, weather, courier operations, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of ARTBYPRESTON.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

ARTBYPRESTON has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Shipping Insurance

Customers may request shipping insurance before their order is dispatched.

If shipping insurance is not purchased, ARTBYPRESTON is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or marked as delivered by the courier.

Claims relating to insured shipments will be processed according to the courier's insurance procedures.

Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that shipping information is correct.

ARTBYPRESTON is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
